2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following categories of technologies on the Site:
Your consent. When you first visit the Site, a consent banner allows you to accept or decline each non-necessary category. Statistics and Marketing technologies do not run until you accept them. You may change or withdraw your choices at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link in the Site footer. You may also control cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect how the Site works.
Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as a request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising on that browser.
Do Not Track. Because there is no industry standard for responding to "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them. We do respond to Global Privacy Control as described above.
We use the following categories of technologies on the Site:
- Necessary. Technologies required for the Site to function, including those provided by our hosting platform (Webflow) and our consent management platform (Cookiebot by Usercentrics). These run regardless of your consent choices.
- Preferences. Technologies that remember choices you make and the marketing campaign that referred you to the Site.
- Statistics. Technologies that help us understand how visitors use the Site, including Google Analytics 4, HubSpot analytics, and Hotjar. Hotjar may record how visitors scroll, click, and move within pages (sometimes called session replay) and generate heatmaps. We configure Hotjar to suppress keystrokes and the content of form fields.
- Marketing. Technologies used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you BX advertising on other platforms, including Google Marketing Platform (Floodlight) remarketing, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and, when active, the Meta Pixel.
