Unfortunately, we don't accommodate late arrivals. While early departures can be arranged, most members often wish for extended stays!

Therefore, we endeavor to seamlessly integrate our group members throughout the trip. However, to ensure a personalized and top-quality experience, we generally partition the group at every stop. All tours are strictly restricted to BX members.

At each destination, we allocate top-tier rooms that are available and can comfortably accommodate all our members. These are generally different types of suites. If you desire a more opulent experience, you have the flexibility to upgrade to a range of premium suites as availability allows. While our goal is to always provide the same room category for everyone, there are instances where this isn't feasible due to factors such as inventory, property layout, and size. In these cases, we implement a strategy of rotating participants across various room categories throughout the duration of the trip.

Yes, all meals from the welcome dinner to the final day's breakfast are included. We strive to provide unique and local dining experiences at each destination.

Absolutely, we take all dietary restrictions into account. Our culinary team ensures all meals cater to your specific dietary needs.

All beverages offered during meal times and while onboard the aircraft, including a variety of alcoholic beverages, are complimentary. Alcoholic drinks not offered at meals incur an extra charge.

Insurance is not included in the cost of the trip. We highly recommend cancel for any reason insurance and have negotiated member only rates with our preferred provider. Please email trip@travelbx.com for any assistance.

Personal expenses like laundry, telephone charges, optional additional activities, and airfare to and from your home city are not covered. Passport and visa fees are also excluded.

Since the majority of our members prefer leveraging their personal resources for such arrangements, we currently do not provide assistance with commercial reservations.

Visa requirements vary with each itinerary. We provide necessary visa and passport information post-booking and facilitate the procurement of any required visas.

You can bring one suitcase, a small bag, and a personal item. Precise measurements of allowable luggage will be provided for each journey. Our Luggage Concierge will handle your luggage throughout the journey.

We recommend one small bag for personal items and one other personal bag for onboard use.

We provide a detailed packing list prior to departure. Laundry services are available at all our hotels (included in cost where possible). For specific packing queries, feel free to contact your Guest Services Manager.
